Homestead Borough Council holds Caucus/work sessions on the second Thursday of every month at 6:00 PM and Legislative sessions on the third Thursday at 6PM. All meetings are open to the public. The public can make comment on agenda items at the beginning of the meeting and on items not on the agenda after the agenda items have been discussed.
The Caucus/work session is where Council sets the agenda for the Legislative session. Council does not vote on items at this meeting, but discusses items that may need action taken. The Legislative session is the formal meeting where votes and action take place.
